Pavitra Bandhan–Do Dilon Ka. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor and stars Yash Tonk and Hritu Dudhani in lead roles.

Pavitra Bandhan explores the lives of Aashima and Girish who succumb to situations and end up marrying each other. Yash Tonk explained his role, “Girish is a self-made man and has seen ups and downs in his life. He is from a very rich family and has seen his family go through bad times as well. He has worked hard and brought back that status and has a lot of pride in him.”

Aashima’s character is a complete contrast to that, said Hritu. “Aashima is from a very ordinary background. She is cheerful and has her family. Girish and Aashima are different at all levels but the one thing that is common is that they both find happiness in family.”

The story progresses when the two get married. Hritu continued, “They both know that they were better off without each other, but they live by their family ethics. The story is not only about them, but about their families too and the values they uphold.”
