00:25 Step 1: Import 3.0 Blender Version
01:14 Step 2. Download The 2.4.5 VRM Plugin From Github and keep it zipped
01:39 Step 3: Extract 3.0 Blender and Open it
01:54 Step 4: Edit - Preferences - Add-ons - Install the Zipped VRM Plugin 2.4.5
02:25 Step 5: Check the box next to the plugin "Import Export: VRM Format" and make sure it is on
02:35 Step 6: File - Import your VRM
03:27 Step 7: Export back out as VRM to use in your VRM programs like VSeeFace, 3tene, Luppet, etc.
