Easy Whole30 Instant Pot Beef Chili recipe
I don’t have an official recipe for this chili. I just chopped up some carrots and celery. I sautéed some chopped shallots and two pounds of grass-fed ground beef in some avocado oil. Then, I added the celery, carrots, 1 cup of low-sodium vegetable broth, 1 can of chopped tomatoes, and cooked it all on high pressure for 8 minutes. You can serve the chili with chopped green onions, if you like.
