this is the same technique as the basic corner to corner square I have shown in a previous video.(made today. see link below)

there are no holes on the sides, which one would get from the loop over needle / yarn over needle techniques.

I use a 4mm needle and thickish Double Knit (DK) from a UK store called ALDI.
