Budget MTech vs Bilstein B4 vs AP Coilovers E46 330ci

In this video i install the cheapest Mtech2 setup i could find online and compare it to the worn AP coilovers. Then i install Bilstein B4 Mtech2 OE replacement shocks and compare that to the cheap setup as well. Does the ride and handling of the B4's justify the price over the cheap setup?
