In this video, I compare photographing vs scanning Pokemon cards and talk about the pros and cons of each from my experiences. Using a document scanner for Pokemon cards has been on my radar for awhile. The automatic fed document scanners can get more images much quicker compared to using a camera. However, most scanners are not plug and play for trading cards. I show you some of the issues you can run into, and some things you might want to consider before making the change to card scans over pictures.
