The North Jetty in Florence is the only dedicated scuba diving park in Oregon. It's located near the confluence of the Siuslaw River and the Pacific.
It's a fun dive with options of seeing octos, wolf eels, lingcod and of course ... crabs. Was diving there with Mike Wilson of Oregon Scuba Club, who fortunately saw my leaking dry suit inflator hose and called the dive before any serious incident. But also, unfortunately, before the highlight of the dive -- Crab Hole. Still always fun to get wet.
