DxO PureRaw 2 Review, Deep prime vs Topaz Photo AI for Photo Editing

Welcome to my DxO PureRaw 2 review and tutorial where we look at DeepPrime vs Topaz Photo AI and which one of these photo editing platforms is better and why.
Both of these AI photo editing applications have their pros and conns so this was always going to be an interesting one.
For this Topaz Photo AI vs PureRaw 2 review I chose to edit a photograph taken at ISO 25,600 to see which one is these applications is the best and how much magic DeepPrime can actually perform.
