Ingredients:
Rice paper sheets
Skewers
Cooking oil
Garlic cloves (minced)
Red chili sauce
Soy sauce
Garlic powder
Ginger powder
Oregano
Chili flakes
Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
Water
Sesame seeds
Spring onions (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Rice Paper Rolls:
a. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until they become pliable.
b. Lay them flat on a clean surface and roll tightly.
c. Cut the rolled rice paper into pieces that match the size of tteokboki.

2. Skewering:
a. Thread the rice paper rolls onto skewers, ensuring they are secure.

3. Prepare Sauce:
a. In a pan, heat cooking oil.
b. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
c. Mix in red chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, oregano, chili flakes, and gochujang to create a flavorful sauce.
d. Adjust the quantities based on your spice preferences.

4. Cooking Skewers:
a. Pour water into the pan to create a saucy consistency.
b. Carefully place the skewers in the pan, ensuring they are coated with the sauce.
c. Allow the skewers to cook until the rice paper is tender and the sauce has coated the tteokboki evenly.

5. Finishing Touches:
a. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the skewers for added crunch and flavor.
b. Garnish with chopped spring onions to enhance freshness.

6. Serve:
a. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
b. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan over the skewers for extra flavor.
