Thanks for being patient with me! I know it’s been a while haha!

This weekend I just tried to get on top of some house projects as well as some meal prep.

I got a new sprouts starting tower to experiment with. I had good success with starting alfalfa for the quail and bunny. Next I’m going to try buckwheat to see how a bigger seed works.

I’m trying to clear some space in my deep freezer in case I find a good deal on a Turkey. I thought since I have so much broth in the freezer that I’ve been meaning to can that this would be a good opportunity to make some room. The electric canner was a birthday present and I’m so excited to work with it further and master the process. It is a little tricky to figure out at first but it’s nice not having to stand at the stove and watch a normal canner boil the whole time.

Those breakfast tarts came out so adorable and were absolutely delicious. It was a nice treat to have breakfast already made all week.

Between Jj and myself, my stairs are constantly covered in a lot of hair. I’ve been meaning to deep clean them but haven’t gotten around to it. Super happy with the results, hopefully we can keep the stairs clean for a couple of weeks to enjoy my hard work!
