Does Toledo Deserve Its Michelin Recognition? Review at Disney World's Conorado Springs Resort 2024

Toledo is a fine dining restaurant specializing in Spanish cuisine. The restaurant is objectively one of Walt Disney World's most beautiful. With stain glass ceilings that change color, Spanish Olive Trees that adjourn the interior, and picturesque views of the parks. It's situated in a prime location at the top of the Gran Destino Tower in Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort.

A few years ago, Toledo earned itself the prestigious title of being one of the few Michelin Recognized restaurants in Walt Disney World. It joins some of our favorite restaurants on that list like California Grill and Polite Pig.

Despite holding this prestigious title, our experience at Toledo wasn't the best last time. We usually prefer Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa Del Lago when dining at the Coronado Springs Resort but we decided to give Toledo another opportunity to gain our recognition.

This video documents our full review of Toledo. We go over the décor, architecture, theme and try out their signature dishes to see whether we think this is one of the best restaurants in Walt Disney World.
