Armored Core - Fast Method for Human PLUS

Disclaimer: I don't have Human PLUS for my playthrough, but I thought for completion I'd demonstrate what I believe is the fastest way to get the full benefits of Human Plus in the original Armored Core. I believe you need to get below -49,999 six times for the full effects.
