Today's recipe is unique and different, katori chaat or basket chaat. we are always looking for ways to serve food in different ways or present it differently, especially for our festivals, parties and get-together. it's very attractive and mouthwatering recipe 😋

Ingredients for katori chaat:
(serve for 6 person)

For chaat :
350 grm boiled white peas
1 medium Onions, chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 small Potatoes, boiled
1 medium Tomatoes, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoons Red Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon amchur powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Oil

For katori :
350 grm plain flour (maida)
1 cup semolina (rava)
1 tsp carom seeds
4 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
Water (as required)
Oil(for frying)

For Serving:
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Sev
1/2 cup green chutney
1/2 cup tamarind chutney
1/2 cup pomegranate
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chopped green chilli
