Mystery & Mastery: Dual Unity in Daily Life.

The October series is “Mystery & Mastery: Dual Unity in Daily Life.” As we’ve often heard, we are all spiritual beings having a material experience, when it seems that, once in a while, the spiritual dimension breaks through and astonishes us. We grow in our aptitude managing the “law” aspect of the creative process, while the “love” side is the Great Mystery, eternally both compelling and baffling—far more than a problem to be solved.

The new series starts with the welcoming of Fall or at least the idea of fall, when we go out and sniff the air and anticipate the change in the wind. Rev. Jesse reminds us that we are surrounded by the Great Mystery all the time and that we must need to be okay with that. He talks about the nagging feeling that he left something out from last month, the idea that forms don't know that they are forms and uses that to jump off into the consciousness at work in the refinement of forms and change. He also defined the difference between a miracle and the magical and how we need both. He shared about his grandmother's elemental spirits from her homeland and how that feeds how we interact with life.
