MY CHICKEN ALFREDO

T = tablespoon
t = teaspoon

2 chicken breasts
2 T oil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/4 t white pepper powder
1/2 t paprika
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
2 a 3 T oil
1 T salted butter
1 yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 t powdered chicken bouillon with tomato
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Coby Jack cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Red pepper flakes

Pasta:

2 qt. of water
2 T of salt
13/4 lb. Fettuccine pasta
