[BDO] Sniper Mentality : A succession ranger guide

While I believe awakening ranger is the better 1v1 spec, I think on a case by case bases succession can hold its own; especially as you start getting into the high ap brackets. This being part one of my guide, I wanted to keep it short and simple.
