3)Vellai Cholam Porridge/Kanji
Sorghum- 1/4 cup(Soaked for 8 hrs)

Corn 2 Tbsp
Peas 2 Tbsp

4)Instant Dosa
Sorghum Flour 1 cup
water 2 cups
Salt
onion 1
carrot 1
chilli 1
cilantro
cumin 1/2 Tsp
Pepper 1/4 Tsp

5)Waffle
Sorghum Flour 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Bell pepper 1/4 Cup
salt
Cilantro
Baking Soda 1/4 Tsp
oil

6)Sorghum Puttu
Roasted Sorghum Flour 1 Cup
warm water 1/2-1 cup
salt
coconut 1/2 Cup

7)Sweet Paniyaram
Sorghum Idli Batter 1 cup
jaggery 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup for jaggery and 1 cup for puttu flour
Elaichi powder 1/4 Tsp
Cashew
Ghee 1 Tsp

8)Kara Paniyaram
Sorghum Idli Batter 1 Cup
Salt
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Chilli 1
Cilantro
Corn 2 Tbsp
Peas 2 Tbsp

9)Kara Kozhukattai
Roasted Jowar Flour 1 cup
salt
water 1 cup
onion 1
mustard 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal 1/2 Tsp
Curry leaves
Red Chilli 1
Coconut 2 tbsp
oil

10)Sweet Kozhukattai
Roasted Jowar Flour 1 cup
Jaggery 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup for jaggery, 1 cup for dough
elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
cashew
ghee 1 tsp
coconut 2 tbsp
Dry Ginger powder 1/4 Tsp
