Nagsisilbing tahanan ang Vitas Temporary Housing para sa mga residenteng na-relocate mula sa Smokey Mountain noong taong 1995. Humigit-kumulang 5,000 katao ang naninirahan sa mahigit 30 gusaling itinayo rito.

Noong taong 2000, dapat ay na-demolish na ang mga gusali sa temporary housing pero hanggang ngayon, nakatayo pa rin ang mga ito.
