December always feels like a month for slowing down, reflecting and staying connected and this vlog is a very real one 🤍

Since getting back, we’ve had a lot going on and decided to take on a big task just before Christmas… clearing out the villa Ryan rents for his work team. Over the years the team have slowly found their own accommodation, and keeping the villa no longer made sense financially or mentally.

In this vlog, me, Ryan and Seth head over to empty the villa, tackle a storeroom full of accumulated belongings, and share the honest behind-the-scenes reality of business costs, stress and decision-making. It’s a full organisation, get-stuck-in vlog, real life, no gloss.

Letting go of this space feels symbolic. Clearing physical clutter, reducing expenses, and making smarter choices as we head into 2026. Change can feel uncomfortable, especially before Christmas, but sometimes it’s exactly what’s needed to create space, in our homes, our heads and our hearts.
