My first and only experience with the Real Real. They sold me an easily spotted fake handbag. A real YSL would never have crooked stamping / text on the sewin in label inside the purse or crooked text anywhere. In the end I did get a refund after constantly emailing them and a lot of stress. I will not be purchasing from them again. Always make sure you inspect your pre loved handbag purchases and know what to look for!
