We’re officially ready to assemble the concept motorcycle but… we might have done things a little backwards. 😬

Normally, you’d mock up the entire bike... engine, fairings, panels, brackets... before heading into paint. We didn’t. The chassis and trailing arm were stretched, the body panels were fabricated, and we went straight into painting without ever test-fitting it all together.

Now, as we bolt the freshly painted pieces onto the assembled chassis with the engine in place, we’re running into interference issues everywhere. Some of the custom panels don’t clear the engine the way we thought they would, and the fairing kit we spent hours prepping and painting might not even make the final cut.

This build was always meant to be about form over function, a one-of-a-kind piece of automotive art, but now we’re wrestling with how to make it work and look good. There’s going to be a lot of cutting, modifying, and rethinking ahead.

We’re sharing the entire process, warts and all... the surprises, the setbacks, and the rethinking that comes with a true custom build.
