RELAX... natural sounds. Exploring the water’s edge. From Seamill, West Kilbride, Ayrshire. SCOTLAND, looking west over the broad Firth (estuary) of the River Clyde, on a clear spring day. The large island in the distance is the Isle of Arran, 13 miles / 21 km. from Seamill Beach. The tide is out and starting to turn. The shoreline is made up of sandy bays and stoney outcrops with boulders, the sea water is very clear and there is a gentle breeze from the west. The perfect place for a walk along the coastal path, or walk the beaches and scramble over the rocky sections !
