In this week's pottery video, I show the process of making this stout blue stoneware clay jar on the pottery wheel. I was trying to make a larger jar, but I pulled a wall too thin and it broke. This is the piece I was able to save from the clay I had left. I include the process of throwing, trimming, and glazing this piece. This was a fun new way to make a lid!
