What’s the Difference between the MANA Movement & Wisdom Body Programs?

✨ MANA MOVEMENT (Full Program, 10 Modules)

Modules 1-5 go through the sectioned sequences of the MANA Movement Practice. Module 6 is the full practice which flows through all content covered in the previous modules. Modules 6-10 are supplementary movement sequences that can be added into your full practice.

MANA Movement is a guided practice which flows through sequences of specific movement patterns that are focused on bringing non-linear movement into the physical body, otherwise known as the Feminine Pathways or circles, spirals, and waves.

Through activating the non-linear pathways in your physical body, you will also bring this system of flow into your energy body, unblocking energetic stagnation and returning your energy body to a state of natural flow and heightened sense of peace and presence.

✨ WISDOM BODY is an online program consisting of 12 embodiment practices organized in 4 themed Modules.

Each Module contains 3 practices:
✨1 Audio-guided Movement Meditation laying on the floor
✨1 Video-guided Somatic Dance Practice
✨1 Audio-guided Embodied Movement Journey focused on activating a specific theme/quality which gradually evolved the body from laying to standing
