Mega Man X Corrupted - X's Opening Stage (remix)

Lots of tinkering with this one, trying to get the mix down. I really prefer the thicker, rounder sound of the other guitar I used in Nitro Man, Jewel Man and Spark Mandrill, but that has tons of issues with RAM bottlenecks (apparently 16GB isn't enough!) causing it to render incorrectly and it has a tendency to shit the bed when it comes to pitch automation too, so it's really annoying to work with. This one uses good old Shreddage.

I have some issues with the guitar mixing in this one that I'll try to sort out before the next one, assuming I can figure out what's bugging me heh.

As I'm sure you'll notice, it's fucking awesome, and the game it's for is looking mighty fine as well. It's been under development for over six years now, and while my hype's died down a bit it's still looking insanely good - the first truly good looking MMX game since MMX4. I'm hoping this'll give the JKB dude some free exposure!
