Shol Fish Paturi Recipe, Snakehead Murrel Fish Gravy Curry, Shol Mach Aloo Bhuna, Shol Fish Masala #INGREDIENTS:

½ kg shol fish with little pieces

2 potatoes with cube size

½ cup chopped onion

1 tbsp zinger paste

2 tsp garlic paste

1 tbsp red chili powder

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 chopped tomato

4-5 piece green chili

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp salt

1/4th cup oil

2 cup water

Some chopped coriander leaves

Shol Fish Paturi Recipe, Snakehead Murrel Fish Gravy Curry, Shol Mach Aloo Bhuna, Shol Fish Masala #PROCEDURE:

Take a cooking pan. Add fish, chopped onion, potatoes, zinger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes, salt, oil and water one by one. Mix all gently.

Put the pan on stove in medium flame for 1 hour. Cover the pan. In this 1 hour, open the lid for 4-5 times and keep stirring.

Around 1 hour later, when fish looks like some gravy colour, add roasted cumin powder and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all
Cover the pan. Cook another 5 minutes. And then put off the flame.

In the mean time, Please check if potatoes are boiled and salt was perfect.

Then serve and enjoy this gravy shol fish curry with rice.
