Balance is the ability to maintain a controlled body position during task performance, whether it is sitting at a table, walking the balance beam or stepping up onto a kerb. To function effectively across environments and tasks, we need the ability to maintain controlled positions during both static (still) and dynamic (moving) activities.

Static balance is the ability to hold a stationary position with control (e.g. “Freeze” or “statue” games). Dynamic balance is the ability to remain balanced while engaged in movement (e.g. running or bike riding).

DEAR SUBSCRIBER AND VISITOR:
In case you missed it, I wanted to make sure this is on your radar:
I’ve been using the Motor Skill Learning P.E. curriculums for ages 3-7 to help run
{my channel and PE class} for a while now, and one of the reasons I’m such a fan is the way the platform just keeps adding new content.
They release 4 new videos with new & creative activities every week, add special programs using just one teaching aid, update their equipment list continuously... all at no additional cost.
What makes the most difference to me is the regular update of their existing curriculums, putting the most popular games & challenges at the beginning in each of the 4 P.E.curriculums.
Let me tell you why this matters so much:
To run an exciting sports program or be competitive with sports programs, you need to consistently come up with new & different activities.
If you keep running the same old lesson plans like so many overpriced franchisees who haven’t changed their curriculums for years, people will go elsewhere.
Developing my own physical education curriculums would have cost me a ton of time, but as a Motor Skill Learning user, I am ready for my classes in no time. My P.E. lessons stand out, attract more students and children can’t wait to come back.
And the Motor Skill Learning system can easily be implemented in a variety of different settings, even by teachers with little or no experience. It’s a professional program at a minimal cost and can provide a world-class value-add for your organization.
You’ll have a hard time achieving the same result when you try to do all the research yourself, not even knowing if the activities work at all. If you’d like to start, grow or take your sports programs for kindergarten to the next level, check them out here:

1- THE RINGMASTER

The ringmaster - In this fun game, you need to divide the group into two teams or more depending on the player's strengths. Each player will have hoops if you have enough hoops, or one hoop will also do. Position both teams opposite to each other a few meters distance from the centre area where you will keep several cones having a slight gap between each cone. On a command go, the first player from each team will roll the hopes towards the cone; the hoops that fall over the cone will get the point. Hence, the player has to roll the hoops in such a way that they will stop in the cone area; players are not allowed to throw the hoops. Once all the player has completed their turn, the team point will be calculated. The team to score the most points wins.
To make it easier to reduce the rolling distance from the centre.
To make it challenging either increase the rolling distance or reduce the cone.
