WHAT IS AYURVEDA?
Ayurveda means "The science of life " in Sanskrit.
Originating in India, it is one of the oldest types of holistic healing systems in the world, for the whole body. It is used to heal the body and mind, and is comprised of a mixture of five elements : earth, water, fire ,air and space.

WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT MOTHER NATURE ?
Mother nature provides so many ingredients that can be beneficial to your hair journey. Do not forget that no one is born with long hair. It comes with persistence, care, consistency, patience etc.

Ingredients used :
1. Flaxseeds seeds -1 tablespoon
2. Chia seeds- 1 tablespoon
3. Fenugreek seeds -1 tablespoon
