2 pcs Shiitake mushroom
3 cups Regular rice
3 cups Chicken stock

For the sauce
½ cup Chicken stock
4 tbsp Oyster sauce
4 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sugar

For Cucumber salad
1 pc Cucumber
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
½ tbsp Sesame oil
Black pepper to taste

Garnish
Leeks onion
