Welcome back to our 10 acre homestead here in New Zealand. Today we get stuck into butchering our meat chickens as a family. There are also certain tasks we have to get done on the homestead, like attempting to build our new roadside stall. We are a family of eight, and every week we are trying our hardest to become more and more self-sufficient with our food forest, our gardens and all of our productive farm animals.
