SPICY PINEAPPLE CURRY RECIPE | PINEAPPLE CURRY FOR BACHELORS | PINEAPPLE CHILI RECIPE
Spicy pineapple curry is a flavorful dish that combines the sweetness of pineapple with the heat of spices, typically in a rich, made from coconut milk.
The curry is often seasoned with ingredients like chili, ginger, garlic, turmeric, and mustard, creating a balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors.
The pineapple adds a refreshing tropical element that contrasts with the warmth of the spices.
Ingredients:
Table spoon(tbsp) - Tea spoon(tsp)
chopped pineapple 250g
mustard seeds 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
1/2 onions ( chopped)
curry leaves
salt 2 tbsp
chili flakes 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
pepper 1 tsp
coconut oil 5-6 tbsp
green chili 2 nos
onion 1(roughly chopped)
mustard paste 1 tbsp
thick coconut milk 100ml
sugar 2 tbsp
Preparation :
peel off 1 pineapple and roughly cut it into parts.
Roughly chopped 1 onion.

slit 2 green chili.
squeeze the coconut and prepare thick coconut milk 100ml.
Process :
First of all in a kadhai add oil and heat it, then add mustard seed 1 tbsp.
Then, add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and stir fry it.
Then add chopped onion stir-fry all 1 minute.
now add curry leaves and fry 1 minute in a medium heat.
then add the previously roughly chopped pineapple and stir fry 1 for a minute.
after that add chili flakes, pepper and mix al,l, and stir-fryfor 2 minutes on medium heat.
now add green chili and roughly chopped onion and mix well.
after that mustard paste mixed into the thick coconut milk, and stir fry the whole mixture for 1 minute,
then add soya sauce.
then add the salt as per taste.
Finally, add the sugar.
