Sticky Kimchi Honey Lollipop Chicken Wings

Chicken wings can’t be made better... or can they? introducing the new and improved chicken wing lollipops, with a little bit of effort you too can make out of this world delicious chicken.

Ingredients:
Marinade.
9 chicken wings
2 tbsp Moymoya Kimchee base https://geni.us/kimchi
2 tbsp egg white
2 tbsp cornstarch (makes it crispy)
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp pepper
2.5 tbsp soysauce
1 tbsp honey
Sauce.
1 tbsp sesame seed oil https://geni.us/sesameseedoil
1 tbsp diced garlic
4 tbsp mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Moymoya Kimchee base https://geni.us/kimchi
sesame seeds https://geni.us/toastedsesameseeds
salt to taste
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp corn starch mixed with water 50/50 this helps thicken the sauce so it can coat the chicken lollipops
