Deep learning with Tensorflow for skin cancer classification

Описание к видео Deep learning with Tensorflow for skin cancer classification

In this online workshop, lecturers from the University of Bristol’s Data Science MSc Programme will introduce how convolutional neural networks (or CNNs – a form of deep learning) can be used to automatically classify images of skin cancer. There will be a brief introduction on how CNNs work, then this will immediately be put into practice with some worked examples. Participants will be taken through exercises using Python and Tensorflow code, and will have the opportunity to follow along in their own Google Colab notebook. They will be guided through the training and evaluation of various models and will be introduced to some common techniques used to improve model performance.

Bristol Data Week 2023

This event is part of Bristol Data Week 2023, organised by the Jean Golding Institute. Running from Monday 5 June - Friday 9 June 2023, this will be our 6th annual Data Week; an interactive programme of speakers, training and workshops open to all and completely free of charge.
