Hey, guys! In this video I'll show you Evolution of The Grand Councilwoman.

The Grand Councilwoman is a female alien of an unspecified species who plays a prominent role as the leader of the United Galactic Federation and a secondary protagonist in the "Lilo & Stitch" franchise. She mainly tries to uphold justice and keep the galaxy in harmony by catching and imprisoning various villains, such as Jumba himself or Dr. Hamsterviel, in order to do so. Although she's quite powerful already, she usually still requires the help of Stitch, Lilo and their friends to save the Earth and the planet, after which she praises and awards them for completing their tasks before everyone.
