In this video we go over building a results driven sales process. It does not matter what CRM platform you are currently using, this will work! We have a date field we call "Next Contact Date" which is used to set a date you intend to reach out to the lead. When that date is past due the system will send an email each day to the "team member to receive" task which is the owner of this lead. After four (can be set to anything) days of the email going out and that team member NOT taking action to move the contact date forward, the management level member is notified by email of the past due item. This allows checks and balances on leads that are assigned to team members. This is part of setting expectations with sales team members.
