Non-surgical treatment for Herniated Disc- Nurse Brad's story

Our awesome nurse, Brad, recently suffered from a herniated disc. For those who have shared in this experience, you know it is uncompromisingly debilitating. He shares his story and why he chose to go the non-surgical route with Prolotherapy, bed rest, and a round of steroids in the initial acute phase.
