In this video number {712} Cordless drill 24V battery charger repair 3G24CH 85W. I repaired Performance Power Tool, Performance Pro 3 Gear cordless hammer drill battery charger 3g24CH 85W. it was showing "maintenance chaging mode" green LED was on all the time and yellow LED was blinking, and battery charging cycle was not being completed properly. i found battery management system controller IC LM324 unserviceable, after replacing this OPAMP ic LM324, the battery charger started working properly
