You don't need smelly and toxic solvents to paint with oils!**

Materials used are oil paint, safflower oil and a cradled panel. See more of my materials on my blog. If you can't get a brush cleaner, you can also use hot water and dishsoap (I like Dawn) to remove the excess paint and oil.

*Note that some pigments used in oil paint (like cadmiums and cobalts) are toxic so use caution when using these paint with these pigments (the tubes should have warnings on them). Personally, I try to avoid these pigments by substituting other colors.*
