In Texas, there's no shortage of cycling events happening every weekend. My buddy and I joined in the Rock and Ride event in Cleveland, Texas (not Gator ride in Baytown). The routes were escorted by police and the last 10 miles had minimal traffic. The event was exceptionally well-organized, offering stunning views of the Sam Houston National Forest. We had such a fantastic time that we're already planning to join again, and next year, I'm thinking of inviting all my buddies from Houston to join in on the fun!
