How to cure psoriasis? Well you can't. But you can treat it and moderate it.

I've had psoriasis for quite some time and after trying a bunch of creams, visiting my family doctor, seeing a dermatologist, and even doing a session with a naturopath doctor, the only thing that seemed to help was the UVB light.

I've searched methods from dry brushing, to healing diets, to even other things like eczema and dermatitis which is not what I have but they are similar. The conclusion is, try for yourself first, then listen to videos if nothing helps!
