As soon as WADA was formed - IOC ordered WADA - that first of prepare a list of Banned Substances. Then for the next few months, WADA researchers went on to create a list of substances that were used in PEDs - or rather, drugs injected into the body to win medals illegally. Today the same list can be seen on the official website of WADA in the 'WHAT IS PROHIBITED' section.
