Working in Canada was always Rafael’s dream. His dream became a reality when he moved to Timmins and got a job at The Miller Group. After starting off cleaning floors as a mechanic assistant, he was promoted to supervisor. Rafael loves running projects in his current Miller job as an Operations Supervisor. His ambition and dedication to his work and The Miller Group got him to where he is today and make him a Miller Hero.
