We will explore how to establish the essential AAICIS Conditions for Success—including clarifying roles and expectations, aligning coaching goals with school-wide priorities, and establishing agreements for communication and data usage. Participants will leave with a practical playbook to ensure their coaches are set up for success from day one, leading to sustained, evidence-based impact across the school.

Joellen Killion is a leadership and learning consultant and senior advisor to Learning Forward. With over 40 years of experience, she supports educational systems and agencies as a consultant and facilitator. Killion's expertise includes collaborative learning, coaching, evaluation, and systemwide professional learning. She has authored books such as "Coaching Matters" and "Elevate School-Based Professional Learning" and frequently contributes to Learning Forward magazine. A recipient of the Don Deshler Leadership Award.
