11.0.5 Mythic+ DPS Tier List | The War Within

With 11.0.5 it's time to do an updated tier list. I wanted to rank some specs with how they're performing post patch and add in a few changes that we are seeing on the weekly reset. Overall I think the big winner is Enhancement Shaman and the big loser is Ele Shaman. We'll see how things move over the next few weeks!
