Winning Valorant Deathmatch with a Controller (No Aim Assist)

Описание к видео Winning Valorant Deathmatch with a Controller (No Aim Assist)

Just another plain deathmatch video using gyro as usual, sorry for the 4 month gap, was just lazy.

Only things to note in this video are two things:

The first is that I modded my controller to have back buttons which are bound to options, share, touchpad click and R3 so when the overlay says I'm clicking those buttons I'm actually just using the back buttons.

Second thing is one which actually helped me a lot and I would recommend trying it yourself: overclocking my controller. Dualshock 4 runs at 250Hz polling rate by default when using USB. So if you use the DS4 wired like me consider overclocking it to 1000Hz. If you run wirelessly then it already runs at 1000Hz so there won't be a difference. Overclocking helped me make my flicks more accurate which I think is because gyro outputs velocity data to the computer which won't be constant betweeen "updates". Here's a video on how to overclock it:    • (DS4 PC) Lower input lag for free! - ...   (overclocking instructions start at 1:45). If you have a dualsense controller, it works a bit differently, when you set the program used in the above video to use a polling rate of 250Hz it will actually be using 1000Hz. Setting it to 1000Hz in the program will result in an actual polling rate of 8000Hz! Now the guy who made the above video also made a video where he was comparing input lag for different controllers and also mentioned how the analog stick still outputs only 1000 times a second even when at 8000Hz. If anyone could test and see if the gyro runs at 8000 Hz when overclocked to 8000, then leave your results in the comments please. (video where he talks about dualsense stuff:    • Ultimate Controller Comparison | Inpu...  .
