This is an easy weeknight meal that is a staple in my house. Braised chicken wings with potatoes are quick to put together and easy to cook.

Ingredients:
1kg (about 10 -12 wings)
4-6 mid-size potatoes
1 large onion
30g rock sugar or regular granulated sugar
500 ml water (about)
2 Tbsp oil
Garnish with spring onions

Seasoning:
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine
1Tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
