Y’all, I had an absolutely amazing time…truly unbelievable for this small town country boy! This trip was filled with multiple first.

I was given the opportunity to do my FIRST ever live demonstrations by my wonderful partners ‪@chamcladbychameleon4582‬ I was finally able to meet the whole team & in person, plus got to spend some time with a very likeminded fellow builder Mr. Cory Anderson, who also doubled as my stage partner & we killed it! 😆

I won my FIRST ever Best of Socials award given out by ‪@ZipSystemSheathing‬ won the “Build to the Zip Code” it is an absolute honor just to even be considered or even be in the running with as many talented builders there are across the country! Huge honor, it was definitely the cherry on the top!

My daughter Lydia @lyd.iarch joined us on her FIRST ever IBS trip. So, with my first live demos and winning my award…it was super special that she and my wife, Emily, were there to see it & support me along the way. Every time I would look over at them, they would be smiling ear to ear.

Being able to meet fellow builders, fans & social media studs for the FIRST time. So damn cool to follow these guys, chat with them now and again, comment on their videos, and finally meet them in person. Not gonna lie…it’s pretty cool to get noticed and have people come shake your hand (& maybe get a bottle of bourbon gifted) and say they love watching your content! Makes all the extra work that you spend making content worth while!

I was invited by my wonderful friends @sashcoinc to attend my FIRST ever Trades Teacher appreciation banquet! It’s truly a great cause that they are giving back to these programs across the country & everyone ‪@Sashco‬ is so damn cool!
