Sticky Nav & Scroll Sections in Framer (& Free File)

Hi everyone, in my first Framer tutorial, I’m demonstrating how to create a sticky nav bar for a one page design with scroll sections and key points to switch to active state of that section’s link in the nav. Here's the remix link for the Framer file: https://framer.com/projects/new?dupli...

Edit: I need to correct a small mistake, while switching to active states of links (@13:25) and applying "Scroll Variant" effect to the links, value of the "Start" property determines when to apply "scroll variant" effect, i.e. if you select "middle" option, that means "if the selected scroll section is in the middle of the viewport, make the variant change".
