Mediterranean Villa 🌵 | The Sims 4 Speed Build | Oasis Springs Build | No CC

Hey friends! Today I decided to build a Mediterranean style villa. Lots of landscaping and terrain. This villa has 2 Bathrooms + 2 Bedrooms (one bedroom decorated for a teen) -my thought was a teen girl living here with her mom. Her mom is super into painting, gardening and plants. The teen girl loves anything music and can play any instrument. There is a small painting area for the mom and a whole music room filled with lots of instruments for the teen girl. But of course play how ever you'd like! I also added a study downstairs and upstairs there is a laundry room. Hope you love this build as much as I do!! ❤︎
