West Virginia likely to have 4 different governors in January

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice said on Tuesday that resigning as governor and then swearing in for the U.S. Senate on Jan. 3 is still something he is mulling over. During his Tuesday media briefing, he said he knows if he does resign before Morrisey is sworn in, it could cause the state to have a total of four governors in January.
